Engravings - Boundaries

One of the main problems that the Surveying Engineer faces in his daily professional practice is the application on the ground of a classic survey, a plot or a plot of land. Mainly the application of the distributions of the Ministry of Agriculture by the Surveyors, presents many peculiarities which must be taken seriously when requesting demarcation - delineation of the boundaries of a property. Particular attention should be paid because:

  •  The dependency points that we will use should be known that they have been used by the Service during the implementation phase of the distribution.
  •  The distributions of the Ministry of Agriculture are usually very old (some date from the 1929s) and therefore, the trigonometric ones that were implemented, measured and integrated in the projection systems in order to study a specific farm, do not exist today to be used.
  •  Each farm has its own projection coordinate system. Even neighboring farms have been studied in different and the existing (today) trigonometric of GYS may not have values in the center we want to work or have been destroyed or even have trigonometric pedestals in the work area, it is not absolute that they have been used by TYYG for the study of the respective distribution.
  •  Most distributions have design problems that are perceived in the event that we digitize an excerpt of the distribution map. These bugs do not have a common order of magnitude in all distributions, and even differ from plate to plate of an individual farm. They are easily perceived during the digitization, where it is found, for example, that one side indicated in the diagram up to 100.00m, during the digitization results in 95.00m.
  • Finally, it is worth noting that the Cadastral Diagrams of the Greek Cadastre should in no case be to be drawn.

In recent years, several professional engineers but also mainly experienced Surveyors undertake the delimitation of plots of land in areas with a Land Registry, using the geometric elements of the Land Registry. That is, they do not study, do not measure, do not take into account distribution data. The elements of the property are procured by the Cadastral office of the area and they apply them on the ground. Of course in most cases the property is placed from 4 to 10 meters in the wrong place. Tragic ignorance (ignorance of their science and ignorance of risk), not only harms the industry and colleagues who have the knowledge and dignity to do the job properly, but is also a huge danger to the citizens who entrust them with the job. There are professionals who shout to the citizens that "now these are valid and forget the previous ones" and people are losing their sleep that sees 20-year-old borders shifting.

Our technical office has been dealing with the plots for more than 12 years, and specifically in the distributions of Epirus. The technique we apply is one and only. ANALYTICAL IMPRESSION WITH DEPENDENCE ON THE NATIONAL NETWORK OF THE DISTRIBUTION as a whole and dependence on the trigonometric points of the Distribution.

Based on our many years of experience and knowledge and using the most modern technological means in the field of topographic-geodetic We delimit your properties in their real place by applying scientific methods of methodologies.
